Area Info

The Preserve at Limestone Creek is located in Eastern Limestone County, roughly 5 miles from Athens and Madison, and easily accessible via I-565. East Limestone has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years due to its inexpensive land costs, resulting in lower home prices. This convenient location is a quick drive to Athens, Madison, Huntsville, and Redstone Arsenal. It's named for the waterway (Limestone Creek) that curves through the development.

Now with Huntsville City extending it's reach into the area and developing their master plan for the East Limestone area, the interest is only growing. The Preserve will eventually become a premier community within minutes of Huntsville's next commerce center.

The Preserve is slated for approximately 750 planned homesites on old farmland that was annexed into Huntsville in 2008.
