- Northside Glen (2004), Ann Arbor, MI - We began selling Northside
Glen Stacked Ranch Condominiums in the Spring of 2003 and the 112 unit
condominium community closed out in the Summer of 2004.

- Huron View Court (2001), Dexter, MI - Huron View Court sold out in December 2001. It is an ideal & charming condominium community that is in walking distance to downtown Dexter, the newest Dexter Crossing Shopping Center, & Mill Creek Middle School.
- Polo Fields (2001), Ann Arbor, MI - The Polo Fields was our second Custom Home project. In 2000 we purchased six lots within the community, giving birth to the Fairfield (2,633 sqft.), Sutton Place (3,017 sqft.), Wilshire (3,215 sqft.), Huntcliff (3,047 sqft.), and the Glenmoore (4,043 sqft.);
all of which closed in the same year they were built with prices ranging
from $475,000 to $755,000. Each home is built with unique design and detail,
featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, high quality trim, and
hardwood floors, located at
The Polo Fields Golf and Country Club.
- Liberty Oaks (2001), Ann Arbor, MI - These stylish brick
exterior, New World Georgian architecture, homes make for a charming
streetscape. This community was our first in Ann Arbor Michigan, beginning
in 1998. The 45 luxurious private detached homes are a combination of seven
distinct layouts.
- Huron Commons (1997), Dexter, MI - Established in 1997, Huron
Commons consists of 70 stacked ranch homes. Each home has a master suite and
a second bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and many have extended floor plans to include
either a den or an alcove.
- Northshore Commons (1997), Brighton/Howell, MI - Northshore Commons, developed in 1997, was our first of three developments at Northshore. It is nestled in a scenic rural setting, on the picturesque Crooked Lake. The surrounding area offers an abundance of outdoor pleasures, including private access to the community's beach, gazebo, and nature trails.
- Loch Alpine (1996), Dexter, MI - Loch Alpine gave us our first taste of custom home building. Framed by the Huron River in Dexter Michigan, Loch Alpine is a beautiful single-family home and Golf Course community. Norfolk developed eight 1-acre lots to build a collection of homes on. The home styles varied in design from ranch, two-story, and 4-bedroom colonial homes with square footage ranging approximately from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet.
- Brandon Chase (1994), Brighton/Howell, MI - Brandon Chase was developed in 1994. This community was one of the first sites in the Howell Michigan area to offer ranch style condominiums. Thirty-three homes were built at Brandon Chase, attracting many "empty nesters" and small families who enjoyed the quiet neighborhood; a walk away from downtown Howell.
- Brewer Farms & Brewer Woods (1994), Marshall, MI - The
development of Brewer Farms & Brewer Woods began at the end of 1993 and
beginning of 1994 in the quaint historical town of Marshall Michigan. The condominiums are each a 2-bedroom and 2-bath ranch style home. The communities are surrounded by a natural wooded landscape that allows for a year round scenery change from the home's private walkout or screened-in decks or patios.
