New Home Warranty Program Now Available at All Communities
ANN ARBOR, MI - Combined with 46 years of industry experience and 26 years of Norfolk experience, our Warranty Team is dedicated to servicing you and your home. The success of our warranty program is supported by both our dedicated staff and the proactive approach we use to service each home after closing. We are a personable, charismatic and attentive team of professionals. As a team, we take pride in being conscientious and efficient.
In addition to scheduling appointments and servicing your home during normal business hours, 24-hour Emergency Service is also available (including weekends & holidays).
We set our standards high, aiming to exceed our homeowners’
expectations by offering three post-closing home visits:
30-day Orientation,
90-day Repair, and
1-year Repair
Prior to the 90-day and 1-year anniversary of each
closing.
The 30-day Home Orientation is carried out
by a Warranty Service Technician giving each
homeowner time to present any questions and concerns
they may have after settling in their new home. We want
to ensure all of the warranty needs are appropriately
addressed and provide the comfort that Norfolk will be
working with the homeowner before and after closing.
Prior to the 90-day and 1-year anniversary of each
closing, a friendly reminder is mailed to
homeowners so they may itemize their service repair.
After returning the list to Norfolk Homes’ Warranty
department, we make arrangements to have
repairs addressed in a timely and convenient manner. Our home owners have
