When going into business 27 years ago, we made it a priority to discover what is important to the homebuyer—and we’ve been doing it ever since. We update and roll out new floor plans often—the majority of our 23 plans are new to our repertoire and were designed in the last 18 months by two award-winning architects. In addition to expanding our two-story offerings, we’ve added several new ranch and first floor master plans.  

We’ve modernized interiors to complement what homeowners want today: oversized kitchen islands, mudrooms, walk-in pantries, master suites, flex rooms and ample storage space. With options for finished basements, sunrooms and decks, you can choose how your family gathers in your new home. We’ve also updated exterior elevations, including three new options (Traditional, Craftsman and Urban Farmhouse) to rejuvenate the curb appeal of our homes.

Each community has a new homes sales consultant, who is a  licensed realtor specializing in new construction. After working with the sales team to select your desired community, home site and floor plan, you’ll meet with our interior designer at the Design Studio in Ann Arbor to choose exterior and interior finishes for your home. Our interior designer, Riley King, has been helping new home buyers create beautiful spaces for many years, and she will ensure your home reflects your personality, taste and unique vision. 

Prior to breaking ground, buyers meet with the construction project manager. They will communicate and work closely with you and your sales consultant throughout construction to ensure you’re getting exactly what you planned.
