There was sheer excitement as I watched my client’s family and friends help them move into their new home yesterday. I was unable to make it to the walk-through prior to the closing, but just had to stop Brad the project manager when I saw him. I had to thank him for his professionalism and oversight of their home. He is a gem. My clients think so too. I will reach out to Laura in the Design Center to thank her for her thoroughness and expertise not to mention her warmth. We leaned on her a lot. It was great to have Lisa step in as the Sales Manager, rather than to have an associate after our sales associate left. It gave me confidence that we were communicating with someone who knew the ropes and had been abreast of their deal since they signed the paperwork. Her weekly updates were always appreciated. Your Warranty
Norfolk Homes has been building dreams since 1993. The dream does not stop once you move into your home; the dream has been realized, and you are living it daily. For this reason, Norfolk Homes takes the warranty of your home extremely important.
Norfolk Homes provides you with a one year Builders Limited Warranty. We have contracted with ProHome Michigan, a nationally known Warranty Management Company, to manage our year Warranty. ProHome Michigan has been managing Warranty Programs for some of the finest builders in the country for over three decades and is exclusively dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service.
As you approach closing on your new home or condominium, a representative from ProHome Michigan will call you to schedule your New Home Orientation. During the orientation walk with ProHome you will create your punch list items, if any, and they will provide training on the products and systems installed in your new home.
Once you have closed on your home, ProHome Michigan offers a 30 day walk to address any concerns. Eleven months after closing you should schedule an appointment with ProHome to handle any required warranty work and answer questions prior to the expiration of the one year warranty.
If an emergency in your home occurs during the warranty period, ProHome representatives are available 24 hours to field your call, make a determination as to the source of the problem and dispatch the appropriate contractor.
