The Briarhaven III is a traditional colonial plan that has been in Norfolk's Plan Set for over 20 years. This tried, and true home design has been updated to respond to the needs of our current homebuyers several times over the years. The fourth major rendition of this plan reflects the best in energy-efficient design. The kitchen has been enlarged and the island is turned to face the great room. Kitchen pictures do not reflect the current design. The home features a formal living room and dining room in addition to the great room and nook adjacent to the kitchen. Homeowners use the traditional formal living room and dining room today as home offices, guest bedrooms or children's play, or remote schooling spaces, keeping everyone on the same floor but in separate spaces. Responding to other market demands the laundry room is on the second floor, and the ample mudroom can accommodate optional handcrafted cubbies. The rear location of the master suite on the second floor provides respite at the end of the day. Constructed using Engineered I joists, aesthetically pleasing elevations, efficient design, and energy-saving systems, the home will exceed your expectations.
