The Briarhaven III is a traditional colonial plan that has been part of Norfolk Homes’ Plan Set for over 20 years, evolving to meet the needs of today’s homebuyers. The updated design features an enlarged kitchen with an island facing the great room for a more open and functional layout. The home includes a formal living room and dining room, along with a great room and nook adjacent to the kitchen. These flexible spaces can also serve as home offices, guest rooms or playrooms. The second-floor laundry adds convenience, while the spacious mudroom offers the option for handcrafted cubbies. The primary suite is privately located at the rear of the second floor. Interior features include Norfolk Homes’ Smart Technology Package, granite kitchen countertops, hardwood flooring in the kitchen, dining room and foyer, and tiled floors in baths and the mudroom. A finished basement option can add a second family room, fifth bedroom and full bath. Sunrooms, decks and screened porches are also available as structural options.
