A quick move-in home accelerates your timeline because it’s already under construction or almost completed when you start looking. We offer quick move-in homes in our communities as a courtesy to buyers who want a new home, but are on a shorter deadline. This is a great option for many buyers, whether they’re moving to the area from out of state, or are a local looking for a new-construction home on a tight schedule. By selecting a quick move-in home, families are able to move in faster and skip some of the numerous details of a personalized build while still getting the other benefits of a new-construction home—like energy efficiency, smart home technology and new home warranty.

Current options are available in the cities of Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Hamburg Township, and Jackson.
