NterNow: A Tool of Comfort and Convenience

October 2, 2020

Whether you are running routine errands, visiting family or rushing to a kid’s sporting event, you have probably seen countless yard signs advertising homes for sale near you throughout the years.

Most of the time, they elicit a glance, but not much more. However, if it is special enough to whip out your phone to look up a listing, there’s a new program providing instant gratification for curious homebuyers. It is called NterNow and through a new partnership with Norfolk Homes it can grant you access for self tours on your time through five of our available homes. All you need is a phone and a Driver’s License to get started.

So, how does it work?

If you are browsing online or driving through the neighborhood, look for the orange NterNow logo. You can filter available homes on the website to show “NterNow Enabled” properties or look for a bright orange sign in the front yard if you prefer to look in-person.

Next, download the mobile app or call NterNow and answer a few questions to verify your identity. Through the app, this may include scanning your Driver’s License.

Once, this process is complete, you will receive a code to enter on the keypad that unlocks the door and allows you to enter the home. Make sure to close the door behind you and enjoy the self-service home tour.

When can you tour?

Access is granted during daylight hours 7 days a week.  We know that more than 20 percent of homebuyers drive through communities before or after model hours or when models are closed  and we wanted to make sure they still had access to Norfolk’s Quick Move-in Homes. We are the first builder in Michigan to partner with the NterNow self-tour lock system.  If you arrive after sunset, the app will simply suggest you return the following day.

Can I tour twice if I already used NterNow?

Yes! No one wants to be rushed when they look for their dream home. With the NterNow lock system, you can return to the same home or visit the other four as many times as you would like. If you fall in love, we can meet you there to answer any questions and start the exciting home buying process with you.

What do you do with my information?

Our sales team is notified when guests enter a home and will reach out by phone to see if you have any questions. Nter Now does not share or sell your information.

More information about NterNow and Norfolk Homes’ participating properties is available through the link at the top of the homepage or banner at the bottom of our website. For further questions, contact us. Enjoy your tour!

I have referred many clients to this builder, always great service and any issues are always quickly resolved to the buyer’s satisfaction.
