There was sheer excitement as I watched my client’s family and friends help them move into their new home yesterday. I was unable to make it to the walk-through prior to the closing, but just had to stop Brad the project manager when I saw him. I had to thank him for his professionalism and oversight of their home. He is a gem. My clients think so too. I will reach out to Laura in the Design Center to thank her for her thoroughness and expertise not to mention her warmth. We leaned on her a lot. It was great to have Lisa step in as the Sales Manager, rather than to have an associate after our sales associate left. It gave me confidence that we were communicating with someone who knew the ropes and had been abreast of their deal since they signed the paperwork. Her weekly updates were always appreciated. I will be glad to continue to recommend Norfolk Builders.

Ribbon Cutting at Westchester Farms in Chelsea

Recently, the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony at Norfolk Homes newest community in the Chelsea Area- Westchester Farms. The ceremony marked the opening of our model home in the community. Construction is well underway with several homes completed and families moved in! Located in Sylvan Township off Cavanaugh Lake Road, the City of Chelsea with it's vibrant downtown is minutes away. Children in the Westchester community attend Chelsea Schools.
The community features a variety of home plans including 2 first floor master plans, 2 ranch plans and 10 two story plans. All plans offer a choice of three distinctive exterior elevations- A Traditional Elevation, An Urban Farmhouse Elevation and A Craftsman Elevation. Plans range in size from 1611 square feet to more than 3000 square feet. There are 12 available homesites in phase one and three quick move-in homes.
The majority of plans being offered in this community are new in 2018. Norfolk Homes partnered with architect Todd Hallett, owner of TK Design and Associates, to create new designs that were the best in aesthetics, form and function. Plans have efficient use of space with rooms that function well for the way we live in our homes. Our goal was to design beautiful homes for the best possible value.
