Ribbon Cutting at Westchester Farms in Chelsea

Recently, the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony at Norfolk Homes newest community in the Chelsea Area- Westchester Farms.  The ceremony marked the opening of our model home in the community.  Construction is well underway with several homes completed and families moved in! Located in Sylvan Township off Cavanaugh Lake Road, the City of Chelsea with it's vibrant downtown is minutes away.  Children in the Westchester community attend Chelsea Schools.

The community features a variety of home plans including 2 first floor master plans, 2 ranch plans and 10 two story plans.  All plans offer a choice of three distinctive exterior elevations- A Traditional Elevation, An Urban Farmhouse Elevation and A Craftsman Elevation.  Plans range in size from 1611 square feet to more than 3000 square feet.  There are 12 available homesites in phase one and three quick move-in homes.

The majority of plans being offered in this community are new in 2018.  Norfolk Homes partnered with architect Todd Hallett, owner of TK Design and Associates, to create new designs that were the best in aesthetics, form and function.
