The Ann Arbor Parade of Homes: Discover the Best of Norfolk Homes

As summer unfolds, the Greater Ann Arbor area comes alive with vibrant greenery, increased temperatures, beaming sunshine and an exciting event—the Parade of Homes. A tradition hosted by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor, the Parade of Homes invites visitors to explore the latest styles, trends and innovations in homebuilding across the city—and our team at Norfolk Homes is thrilled to be showcasing two of our exceptional model homes as a part of this year's festivities. About the Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes is an amazing event that celebrates the creativity and craftsmanship of local homebuilders and remodelers throughout Ann Arbor by inviting visitors to explore some of the most remarkable homes and sought-after communities. During the Parade of Homes, builders open up their model homes or available homes for the public to tour, providing a special glimpse into the latest interior design trends and groundbreaking approaches in homebuilding. Whether you’re in the market for a new home in Ann Arbor, or simply browsing to get some design inspiration—you won’t want to miss out on the Parade of Homes.

This year's Parade of Homes will take place on June 24 and 25, featuring 7 builders/remodelers with 8 new homes and 1 home renovation throughout Ann Arbor, Dexter, Saline, Brighton, Howell and Northville—and Norfolk Homes is proud to be one of these builders and showcasing two of our homes. The participating homes have a $10 admission (one ticket is valid for all homes) and will be open from 11am-5pm each day, offering visitors fantastic opportunities to explore and discover the latest and greatest in home design. The proceeds from the event ticket sales go to the BRAG Ann Arbor Foundation, which supports scholarships and go-to-work grants, as well as home improvement charity projects. You can purchase your tickets at the door to any home on the tour with check or cash only, or you can purchase them online or at the BRAG Ann Arbor office at 179 Little Lake Drive, Ann Arbor, MI until June 23. If you can’t make it to the Parade of Homes, our model homes throughout our new home communities in the Ann Arbor area are open to the public—even on Sundays!
