Don’t Wait Another Minute—Now is the Time to Buy

If your New Year Plan has moving into a new home as a top priority, then you should plan to purchase well before the spring housing market. The typical build timeline of new construction homes has increased due to the supply chain disruption and labor shortages. The National Association of Home Builders predicts the challenges facing the industry will continue throughout 2022. Planning for a 2022 move-in date means purchasing in January or February.  

Several of Norfolk Home’s communities or current phases are nearing completion with a handful of available homesites and 2022 quick move-in homes. Quick move-in homes or “speculative”  homes are houses that builders start without having a buyer contract. These homes are available for purchase and allow buyers a quicker move-in date than starting the process from homesite selection. Development of new phases and communities will not be available until mid to late 2022 which means homes will not be ready for move-in until 2023. Review our communities to determine which community, home design and homesite fits into your 2022 New Year Plan.   

Arlington Woods

Take a picturesque drive along Joy Road in Dexter to the community of Arlington Woods in Dexter. With only 16 homesites throughout the entire community, and only two homesites and two quick move-in homes available, you won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to make this community your home.
