Two new scenic communities: Arlington Woods & Mystic Ridge

The world has slowed down a little this year, but that does not mean your timeline has changed. And conveniently, ours has not changed much either. Norfolk Homes is building in two new home communities in the Ann Arbor area with Arlington Woods in Dexter’s Webster Township and Mystic Ridge in Hamburg Township.

Arlington Woods

This exclusive Dexter community is limited to just 16 single-family homesites scattered across 34 acres. Arlington Woods’ spacious design is meant to make the most of the rolling hills and agricultural landscape in breathtaking Webster Township. 

Norfolk Homes selected 10 cohesive floor plans that include four ranch plans, one first-floor master plan and five two-story plans. Each plan ranges from 1,603 to 3,200 square feet with three and four bedrooms with options for three car side entry garages, outbuildings, finished basements, additional baths, sunrooms, landscaping and decks.  

Located off Joy Road in Webster Township, Arlington Woods is minutes away from Ann Arbor but also offers its own nostalgic downtown Dexter with shopping, restaurants and historically preserved homes. Take a stroll or kayak along the Huron River or bike the expansive 35-mile Border-to-Border Trail to keep active and embrace the nature around you.

The Information Center and Model Home for Arlington Woods is located at Norfolk’s  Westchester Farms Community in Chelsea  at 102 Campolina Street, Chelsea, MI 48118. 

Mystic Ridge

A few miles to the East, we are building in  Mystic Ridge off Strawberry Lake Road in Hamburg Township. Mystic Ridge is another unique community spanning 183 beautiful acres with walking trails in a park-like setting providing an up-north feel with a tree-lined private entry. This community was designed as an escape from long workdays while still offering a quick commute to some of the area’s top employers.

Residents here will have the choice between 17 floor plans ranging from 1,611 to 2,924 square feet with three and four bedrooms. Options include three car front entry garages, screened in porches, sunrooms, decks, and landscaping.  

This community offers quick access to US-23 and I-94 for a short commute to Dexter, Ann Arbor and Brighton. Children will attend the award-winning Dexter Public Schools.
