What you see in our model homes will be the same quality you see in your finished Norfolk home. We partnered with interior designer Jackie Schwartz, owner of Home Interior Warehouse, to decorate, furnish and accessorize our four model homes.  

The Natural in the Preserve at Magnolia Park

Within our Magnolia Park community, our model home is the Natural floor plan that expertly blends with the stunning natural scenery around it. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers 1,953 square feet of living space on the main floor and an additional 999 square feet in the finished basement adding another bedroom and full bath. The Yorkshire in Westchester Farms

Located in Sylvan Township about a mile from the charming City of Chelsea, the homesites within our Westchester Farms community are selling quickly—and after taking a look at our model home, you’ll understand why. With a new phase coming soon to our Mystic Ridge community, we wanted to give an inside look at what our future homeowners can expect.
